Slueth Jeffrey

Filed under: Hale — andy @ 7:46 am

Jeffrey loves to read, especially mysteries.  He spent this summer  reading detective stories so that he could become  a detective, just like Nate the Great and Encyclopedia Brown.   He solved his first mystery this summer by helping Tyler find a piece to his RC truck. At first he was going to charge him a dollar, but then realized that he didn’t need  to charge his family members.

.

Last year for Halloween he dressed up as Nate the Great.

Some detective books that he has read include:

  • Nate the Great
  • Cam Jansen
  • Encyclopedia Brown
  • Joe Sherlock
  • Jigsaw Jones
  • Flatfoot Fox
  • Hank the Cow Dog
  • Clue Jr.
  • Boxcar Children
  • Hardy Boys
  • Nancy Drew
  • Sam Hawkins Pirate Detective
  • A-Z Mysteries

  1. Jeffrey, If you like mysteries, then I suggest you read “Half Moon Investigations” by Eoin Colfer. It is a good mystery and a fun read that you shouldn’t have much trouble digging up at a library. Apparently, the BBC also created a TV series based upon it.
