Eden didn’t really enjoy her bath at first. I added some warmer water and it helped a little, but she still wasn’t totally happy.

Papa Hale and Grandma Nola
We had a really nice visit this weekend with Grandpa Hale and our new Grandma Nola. They are on a long vacation visiting friends and family from AZ up to OR. They were in Gilroy for about four days and we were so glad to have them here. They went with us to the boys baseball practice, we had a picnic dinner at the park, we went to my dad’s play, they joined us for church and the rest of the time we had a great time visiting and getting to know Nola. We are so happy for them. It’s nice to see they are so happy and enjoying being married. The kids loved having the extra attention over the weekend. They had to show off their piano playing, all their toys and treasures and whenever possible, Tyler was sitting with one or the other while they read him books. They brought us Christmas gifts, a family history binder, and tons of boxes of food including canned foods they made. They are so thoughtful and generous. Our kids can’t wait to go back to ID and see them again. We might make it out there later this year. Hopefully it won’t be too long before they come back to CA. We miss them already!

Gage is 1!
On March 4th, Gage had his 1st Birthday! Nathan and I went over to Aimee’s for a little Birthday play date with some friends from her mommies group. Then on Sunday, everyone went over for a Birthday dinner and cake & ice cream. Yum yum!
HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY GAGE!
Babysitting
Alexis has been helping us out by watching the boys on occasion. We typically put Nathan to bed before we go and start a movie for the other kids. We left them with Nathan up theOnly other night and it worked! They all got along and helped keep Nathan entertained. It is so nice to have a built-it-babysitter! What would we do without our big sister? She is growing up fast and becoming very responsible in a lot of ways! Only 4 1/2 months until she goes into the Young Women Program and then YW Camp is one month later! Hard to believe! =)
